- Tom Low"Just wanted to extend a note of appreciation for your staff. Grizz as you are aware has been helping Angelique out getting stuff to and from Whistler. Last weekend when Angelique moved down she forgot all her jewellery, IPOD, etc... in a drawer. Grizz went up and got it and Crystal, when she couldn't courier it, brought the package down for us on her way to the states and I was able to pick it up. Being able to have that level of trust in your staff means a great deal. I would have to say that Crystal, Grizz and Kristie all give great customer service and make up a strong team."
