At Aloha Whistler Accommodations, our first and foremost objective is the care and maintenance of your Whistler property. As property managers we accomplish this by carefully screening all guests, meeting guests at your whistler property when they arrive, and inspecting the property before and after each stay.

Aloha Whistler offers a "concierge" experience to all of our guests by attending to any and all needs and activity bookings during their vacation. By providing this service to your whistler property rental guests, we include everything from: airport transfers and lift tickets, to bed configuration, and much much more. We always do our best to develop a positive experience with all of our guests, which encourages repeat business.
Whistler Property Inventory
As your property management company we want to make sure that before we begin taking on any reservations in any specific unit, a full inventory & quality inspection is completed by our staff. We take record the inventory of every item in the unit, right down to the number of knives, forks and spoons. At that time we note any existing damages, to walls, carpets, light fixtures and furniture. When the inventory is complete, the owner of the unit is given a copy of the current inventory to read over and sign.
All bookings are guaranteed with a major credit card and full payment is collected 45 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to sign a waiver of full liability, and leave an imprint of a major credit card for security against any damages to the unit, as well as to ensure the return of unit keys, ski locker keys and parking passes that were given at the time of check-in. We meet all our guests at their accommodations to familiarize them with the home and all that Whistler has to offer. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age and all our homes are non-smoking.
Our property management owner agreement is very straightforward with no hidden charges. We will administer utility payments at no-charge and will oversee major repairs with a 15% service charge.
