Take a stroll along a magical wooded trail in the heart of Whistler Village and enjoy a showcase of emerging BC artists creating environmental change.
LUNA's Harvest Art Fest :
The Green Art Show will showcase artwork by young adults made with environmentally friendly materials, mediums or messaging on one night only:
Friday, September 21, 2007 from 6 to 9pm at Village Park Centre in Whistler (the trail between Main Street and Northlands Blvd behind the library).

The artists need your votes! Of the works on display, eleven (one per artist) will be up for audience vote to win prizes of art workshops and art supplies.
Our artists are:
Daniel John Poisson, Kalli Anne Niedoba, Jessica Salvador, Dave Barnes, Pamela Mason, Allee Wells, Kate Dutton, Chantelle Mironuck, Stan Matwychuk, Sarafina Valentine, and Sharai Rewels.
They live throughout BC in Whistler, Pemberton, Squamish, Vancouver and Sooke, and will showcase large scale paintings, reworked and hand-batiked clothing, sculptures, performance art, paper mache, and live art works. In addition to the artwork, enjoy snacks and refreshments, guitar by Andrea Graham & Bethany Anne Parsons, hula hooping by Jeanne Cross, ballet, fire spinning, and music by DJ Select-R-Us.
Entry is free; $2 donations are suggested for voting ballots.
Harvest Art Fest: The Green Art Show is presented by LUNA and the Whistler Arts Council with funding from the BC Arts Council.
