Kokanee Valley Race Series: Season Opener - GS on Blackcomb | December 13, 2007
Held on Thursdays throughout the season, this Race Series is open to skiers, telemarkers and snowboarders with a number of different divisions. No racing experience is required to join this fun recreational racing. Helmets are required.

Park Rider Series: Rail Jam on Whistler | December 16, 2007
Park Rider Sessions featuring Slopestyle, Rail Jams and Halfpipe will take place throughout the season on both mountains utilizing the best terrain available, starting December 16. Competitions open to skiers and snowboarders, all ages welcome. Helmets are mandatory.

Fresh snow fell, is falling and will fall on Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain!

Since Wednesday, already 15 centimetres of fresh snow have fallen on the slopes and the Village of Whistler, BC. More has to come over the weekend with a forecast of 40 centimetres over the next three days, until the end of the weekend, and a lot more to come within the next week and later.
