TV's Bachlorette Revels in Whistler
The reality show, in which Vancouver's Jillian Harris shows some hapless American singles some manners and such, shot two episodes in British Columbia.
The first BC episode was shot in Vancouver. Tonight's Bachlorette is hosted in Whistler, host venue for the 2010 Winter Games and North America's critically acclaimed top 4-season resort .
Jillian Harris Romances in Whistler
Rumour has it that Bachlorette Jillian Harris has a "group date" then goes on a few one-on-one dates filled with adventure.
Jillian and one lucky suitor enjoyed a bird's eye view flying through the air above snow-covered valleys at incredible speeds on a Ziptrek tour, followed by a romantic dining experience at the Bearfoot Bistro in the renowned private wine cellar."
The second date involved a breathtakingly scenic flightseeing tour over Whistler, provincial parks and glacier icefields, eventually landing the ski plane on the Champagne Glacier near the giant Pemberton icecap.
And what trip to Whistler wouldn't be complete without a ride of the new Peak to Peak gondola connecting Whistler and Blackcomb mountains!
