The Snow Falls - Whistler Gets Ready to Ski
Let it snow, let is snow, let it snow!
Whistler Blackcomb is rapidly getting ready for a great opening of the 2011-12 ski and snowboard season! The resort has a planned opening for November 24. As of last week, the base at Pig Alley (1,650 meters on Whistler Mountain) was at 52 centimetres deep and the snow keeps following.
Check out some of the pictures taking on Thursday November 5 from Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains. (If the snow keeping falling the mountains may even open sooner!)
