Whistler Crankworx - 9 Awesome Days
Whistler's Kokanee Crankworx, the biggest and most prestigious freeride mountain bike festival on our big planet is back for 2011. Whistler Crankworx finished its seventh year as its largest yet in 2010.
The World's Greatest Freeride Festival
In less than a decade, Whistler Crankworx has become THE
free ride festival worldwide. A supercharged magnet for
the world's best riders and the definitive domestication of dirt in
the service of epic endurance, supreme flow, monster air and
gravity-fuelled mountain biking. Over ten fearless days in July,
the venues at the Whistler Mountain Bike Park serve as a
modern day Colosseum to the world's best mountain bike
athletes.

9 Days of the Ultimate Mountain Biking Event
When it comes to the ultimate
mountain biking event, no nine days stand so solid as
Whistler BC's Kokanee Crankworx. On par with the X Games, Pipeline
Masters, and the Hannenkahm, Crankworx is the definitive event when
it comes to off-road bicycles flying up and down Canada's rough
exterior.
Whistler's Crankworx continues to progress the mountain bike scene
on all fronts. Crankworx 2011 runs from July 15 to 24.
