On the 16th day of Opening day, my true love gave to me.....Pure
and utter excitement in a Pear Tree??
As Whistler and Whistlerites gear up for the start of another
amazing season, over the next 16 days, I'm going to give you 16
different ideas of some awesome things to do this winter
season!
NUMBER 16:
Whistler Tube Park.
Fun for kids, and kids at heart!
Located in the Base 2 Zone on Blackcomb Mountain, the Tube Park
offers 1000 feet of pure fun each and everytime you slide down it!
With 8 lanes varrying from Easy Green to Super Exciting Black,
there's a little something for everyone.
And don't worry about having to walk back up, as they've installed
a state-of-the-art conveyor lift that makes travelling up to the
top easier than a walk in the park.
The only skill you need is the ability to sit back in a tube and
let yourself have the time of your life.
The whole family will have smiles from ear to ear after a couple
hours tubing!
And the best part is that you can do this AFTER this lifts have
closed on a great day on the mountain, as the Tube Park is open
late into the evening.
