Aloha Whistler Accommodations is a leading property management and hospitality company. We have a combination of talented and experienced staff, reliable and accountable trades people and a strong emphasis on providing a first rate service to both guests and homeowners. These key factors enable us to remain highly successful in the property rental market here in Whistler.

As we are a small company we take the time to get to know all our homeowners and make ourselves available to listen, respond and provide guidance. We feel it is important to create a unique contract for every new owner and work towards achieving the maximum potential for each property. Together we can then make it our mission to exceed the expectations of those who come and enjoy a stay in this remarkable resort.


All bookings are guaranteed and full payment is collected 45 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to sign a waiver of full liability, as well as have a pre authorisation taken for a security deposit on their credit card.

At Aloha, we cover all credit card and payment processing fees, and do not pass these onto owners.

We meet all our guests at their chosen accommodation and familiarise them with their rental home. We take this opportunity to give some guidance on navigating the resort and accessing its many attractions. At this time we will also ensure they meet our guest criteria and correspond with the information they gave about themselves at the time of booking.

Our property management owner agreement is very straightforward with no hidden charges. We can also administer utility payments at no charge and will oversee major repairs.


Before taking reservations we have a responsibility to carry out a full property inspection. A report will be made detailing any existing damage or imperfections to walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings. A full inventory will be created to record every item right down to each piece of cutlery. The owner will be provided with copies to check and sign as correct.

We visit and check homes before and after each occupation. In addition to this, twice a year we carry out an in-depth walk through inspection. We will then advise owners of any areas needing attention. We also arrange to have the homes and carpets deep cleaned. As a result, wear and tear is monitored and minimized so the home can be presented at a consistently high standard.

We will also advise owners of any home improvement ideas we feel would enhance their properties and keep them looking appropriate for the current market.

We promise to manage your home with the utmost integrity, honesty and transparency.  As an owner with Aloha you will have access to your bookings calendar and projected revenue upon request. We keep communication channels open and welcome ideas and input from owners so our service can evolve and improve.


Aloha Whistler offers a “concierge” experience to all of our guests by attending to any and all needs and activity bookings during their vacation. By providing this service to your Whistler property rental guests, we include everything from: airport transfers and lift tickets, to bed configuration, and much much more. We always do our best to develop a positive experience with all of our guests, which encourages repeat business.
