WHISTLER PROPERTY INVENTORY

As your property management company we want to make sure that before we begin taking on any reservations in any specific unit, a full inventory & quality inspection is completed by our staff. We record the inventory of every item in the unit, right down to the number of knives, forks and spoons. At that time, we note any existing damages, to walls, carpets, light fixtures and furniture. When the inventory is complete, the owner of the unit is given a copy of the current inventory to read over and sign.

GUARANTEED BOOKINGS

All bookings are guaranteed and full payment is collected 45 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to sign a waiver of full liability, and leave an imprint of a major credit card for security against any damages to the unit, as well as to ensure the return of unit keys, ski locker keys and parking passes that were given at the time of check-in. We meet all our guests at their accommodations to familiarize them with the home and all that Whistler has to offer. Our property management owner agreement is very straightforward with no hidden charges. We will administer utility payments at no-charge and will oversee major repairs.
