Aloha Whistler specializes in managing luxury homes, townhomes and condos in Whistler. Most of our properties feature ski-in/ski-out, and our larger rental properties cater to larger groups. We work with discerning guests and homeowners to offer the best selection of slope side properties.
Whistler resident for 27 years having moved to Whistler in 1993 after graduating from the University of Ottawa in Marketing and Business Administration. Cindy considers Aloha Whistler Accommodations Ltd to be her first baby (now proud mother of 3 teens, aged 15, 15 &17) She started the company with her now husband when discovering the need for a full service, boutique vacation rental company offering outstanding service to their customers and homeowners. Cindy is responsible for operations, sales, marketing, human resources and financial. She works very closely with the Aloha team, over seeing the fine details in your home and the business. She adores making guests dreams of truly experiencing Whistler come true or homeowners dream of owning a second home in Whistler come true. Deciding to rent your Whistler home is a big decision, one that Team Aloha Whistler takes seriously. Cindy ensures each home is managed and cared for as if it was her own. We can not stress the importance of having our concierge meet each client in the home to ensure that the guest fully understand what is expected of them while staying in your home.
Business Owner & VP of Maintenance
Whistler resident since 1975, with 40 years’ experience in design and construction, project and property management. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your home. A True Whistler local having years of construction and property maintenance results in strong allegiance from our trades people ensuring priority response to any issues such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, security etc. Having these connections is key to fast, efficient service when you need it. And if you are looking for that secret spot to ski or bike, Gord knows them all and sometimes he will share the insider information
Business Manager & Owner Relations
Louise moved to Whistler a decade ago, for the amazing winters and to indulge in her passion for skiing. Whistler is now her hometown, where she resides with her husband Michael, and Collie-X Jacob. With a degree in Business and Tourism Management, Louise started her career managing large scale events in the UK. Throughout her time in Whistler, she has grown within the accommodation management sector, with a key focus on communication and relationships. Louise oversees the day to day operations for Aloha, as well as is the main contact for our owners, knowing each home inside out. She has also just completed her Diploma in Interior Design, and is here to help our owners provide a functional yet beautiful space for their guests.
Deb heads our concierge team. She has been with us since 2002 – Deb is the jewel in our team! She brings 15+ years of professional food and beverage industry experience, a wealth of Whistler knowledge, and a “can do” attitude. Deb meets all guests on arrival to share her in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of each home and her understanding of Whistler. She takes pride in familiarizing herself with the intricacies of each property. Deb is available to assist you with everything you need to make your vacation while at the resort.
Concierge & Property Specialist
Eva has moved to Whistler 5 years ago now and is happy to call this beautiful place her home. Her outdoorsy and active nature brought her to live in Whistler to ski, hike and bike. She has a degree in International Tourism Management and has worked in the tourism industry in many countries around the world. This diverse experience and knowledge help her to make the guests experience in Whistler a holiday to remember. Eva has tried nearly every activity, so she can be your guide to book any activities or tickets you desire. She will be able to help you with anything you need in your home during your stay and she will work hard to exceed your expectations.
Sales and Marketing Specialist
Daina joined our team in May 2019. With endless amounts of energy and positivity, Daina has been a welcome addition to our sales team. She has quickly learnt the fine details about every home in order to educate our potential clients. Daina has been living in Whistler for 9 years, originally from London Ontario, and her love for our town shows when she speaks to our guests and making the all important sale.
Based in Whistler since 2007, Sophie Lebel has held various positions, including many years working in the hospitality industry. Having gained extensive experience in bookkeeping for property management companies and strata properties, she decided to complete her bookkeeping studies with ICS Canada. Sophie manages all of the accounting and bookkeeping for Aloha Whistler and works closely with Meents & Company, chartered professional Accountants in Vancouver, BC. Don Meents and his team have advised Aloha Whistler since we incorporated in 1998.
