**Renovated FALL 2018** A spacious and bright 3 bedroom plus den townhome overlooking the 1st fairway of the legendary Chateau Whistler Golf. This beautifully appointed 1,650 sq. ft home features large log detailing, a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and vaulted ceilings.
This complex is not full ski in/out, however is an easy walk in snowboard boots to the base of Blackcomb mountain and new high-speed gondola (700m walk) or catch the free shuttle which is just a short ride the Village and gondolas. Located on the Chateau Whistler Golf Course which is a cross country ski route in the winter.

The main floor features an open floor-plan which is perfect for family gatherings and entertainment. The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen offers brand-new stainless-steel appliances, this opens up into the 8-seater dining room and a living room which has comfortable sofas that surround the wood-burning rock fireplace, and updated 50-inch flat screen TV. Off the living room you have a balcony where you can enjoy a view of the golf course while BBQ'ing. On this floor you also have two bedrooms and a recently renovated full bath with heated floors.
On the top floor your master retreat awaits you, a King bed, private balcony and a newly renovated bathroom including a stand-up shower along with a soaker tub and heated flooring. You also have the private den on this floor which features a double bed.
Please note, a 1-night deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due via wire transfer, alternatively, should you wish to pay by credit card, a 3.5% fee will be applied. We accept VISA/Mastercard. All payments are non-refundable once processed..
***Renting this home means you have access to a full team of professionals living in Whistler. We offer a complementary concierge service to all of our guests such as booking airport transportation, lift tickets, ski and bike rentals and any activities. Ask us what our favourite restaurants are, we are happy to assist with reservations. Any issues with the home, we are a phone call away***
TRAVEL ADVISORY UPDATE for bookings made for arrival after June 1st 2020 – Should your travel plans be impacted due to (FORCE MAJEURE) COVID-19 formal government travel restrictions OR a complete Whistler Blackcomb Resort shut down, you will receive a date change free of charge OR a refund minus your first night deposit. Date change or credit valid for 24 months.

Comfortable place with good proximity to the Village and trails. The unit is very well stocked.
Deep cleaned and ready, walk to village, modern updates, spacious, free parking. Well appointed property with all the amenities you need. Beds are comfortable. Easy access on foot to both villages.
Great Experience! We checked-in the day Whistler closed due to COVID19. Aloha was amazing. Empathetic to our situation and very helpful with our options. Even in the midst of a lot of renters calling to re-schedule after the closure announcement, Aloha still stopped by to see us and welcome us to the property. Clearly a great business and we are looking forward to visiting next Spring.

Alpine Greens, #21 was a pleasant surprise. The property itself is very well kept and the accommodations were comfortable, with decor very pleasant. Looking out large windows from the vaulted living/dining room was a bonus. The green trees and glimpse of the golf course made me want to just sit and enjoy the views. However, we were in Whistler and wanted to explore. We headed down the steps and weren’t far from a free shuttle into town, although we found we could walk about 1/2 a mile to Blackcomb gondola. It was nice to be close to the village. I highly recommend walking on the paved trail by the golf course to Lost Lake. This was a beautiful, short hike. Luckily someone in our group recommended doing this after we checked out – and we’re so glad we did! We would definitely come and stay here again. Property management was communicative and always accommodating. When there was a minor item that needed to be addressed at the condo, they were quick to have someone come and take care of it. Thank you for a wonderful stay and good memories!

Absolutely fantastic accommodations with everything you need. Suited the needs of me and my family, exceeding expectations. The shuttle service right at the door is super and eliminates the need for a car, unless you want to venture beyond Whistler village. You can get to everything from this location within minutes. Only issue experienced was keeping the main living space warm but this is due to high ceilings. Otherwise the rooms are warm and cozy. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are a huge plus! Will definitely book here again.
Big Condo next to busstop and lifts. Overall the condo offers a lot amendments. The upper bathroom is modern and new. The bathroom on the floor is small and not modernized. Not all of the kitchen machines were in best conditions. The alpine Greens are located at a Golf course with a lot of trees.
Very Nice. Good location. Good 3 bedroom plus one smaller bedroom.
Good property very close to the bus link to the ski slopes. Lovely property that had everything we needed. It was a pity the second bathroom was so small and in need of an update. We would certainly stay here again due to the easy excess to the bus link for the resort.
