As you enter onto the spacious main floor, you are greeted with a beautiful eat in kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances including a 4-burner + hot plate Wolf Range, Espresso Machine and blender. Finishes include heated travertine floors, edge grain fir post & beam detail and large bi-folding doors that lead out to a private patio and garden with a natural gas BBQ and patio furniture, expanding your entertaining space.
In the main living room, cozy up around the natural stone gas fireplace, enjoying the peaceful view of the forest or choose a board game to play with the family out of the large collection. Select a film or watch your favourite sports team on the Smart TV with an expansive cable package and surround sound! This room is complete with a top of the line king sofa bed with memory foam mattress.
On this floor you will also find a full bath featuring a jetted tub along with a spacious bedroom featuring 2 brand-new high-end double beds and a Smart TV. The lower level is where your private master retreat awaits you, complete with a brand new, high-end King-size bed, a natural stone fireplace, a Smart TV and an ensuite with steam shower.
