Ski right to your door, this newly renovated (2018) home is literally steps from the slopes! This slope side town home features three bedrooms plus den and two bathrooms spread out over two levels, with lovely vaulted ceilings on the main floor.
Bedding: Master: King 2nd: Queen 3rd: King or two Twins. Den: Bunk bed with double on the bottom and single on the top.
Main Floor: This spacious home offers approximately 1,320 square feet. The newly renovated kitchen (summer 2018) is fully equipped, including stainless steel appliances. The spacious, open concept living area offers amazing comfort with a cozy living room and warm wood burning stone fireplace, plus a new flat screen TV. Enjoy a nice family dinner on a brand new dining table with ample space for 8 people. OR head out to your private deck complete with a BBQ, perfect for those warm summer days, or feel right at home in your winter mountain retreat surrounded by thick pine trees freckled with snow.
The well-lit 2nd bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed and two large wood-framed picture windows. The separate shared bathroom, renovated Summer 2018, featuring floor heating and a large walk in shower, can be accessed from the main floor queen bedroom, or hallway.
Lower Level: On the lower lever, you will find two guest bedrooms plus the den. Enjoy the forested seclusion in the Master bedroom which features a King bed and access to ensuite bath with heated floors and soaker tub (recently renovated Summer 2018). Look out to snow covered trees in the 3rd bedroom which offers convertible King beds that can be split into two twins if required. For extra guests, the den has a dunk bed with double on the bottom and single on the top. Features, TV with Netflix and PlayStation, plus a variety of board games for kids and adults.
The home's entrance allows for ski and snowboard equipment storage while bikes can be stored in the designated area in the underground parking garage. It has private laundry, complimentary wireless internet and secure underground parking.
For added convenience the free shuttle bus to Whistler Village and the Blackcomb base also stops right next to the Painted Cliff complex.
Built next to the lower cruiser run on Blackcomb Mountain, #48 is a True Ski-in/out property.
If you're not skiing, the free shuttle runs all year long every 15 mins until 1 AM and stops right across the complex. It's a short 3-5 minute ride to all the shops, restaurants and amenities in the village!
Please note, a 1-night deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due via wire transfer, alternatively, should you wish to pay by credit card, a 3.5% fee will be applied. We accept VISA/Mastercard. All payments are non-refundable once processed.
***Renting this home means you have access to a full team of professionals living in Whistler. We offer a complementary concierge service to all of our guests such as booking airport transportation, lift tickets, ski and bike rentals and any activities. We checked-in the day Whistler closed due to COVID19. Aloha was amazing. Empathetic to our situation and very helpful with our options. Even in the midst of a lot of renters calling to re-schedule after the closure announcement, Aloha still stopped by to see us and welcome us to the property. Clearly a great business and we are looking forward to visiting next Spring.
Very nice house for ski in, ski out, near Blackcomb also provide better ski environment for family. house is perfect and clean, very suit for two family stay.
Literally 20 steps to the slopes! Well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds after a long day on the hill!
This proper was exactly as described, we were able to walk everywhere. The property manager made it seamless. Would definitely try to book that unit again.
Awesome service! Just stayed at the Painted Cliff apartment #48 booked through Aloha Whistler and they were unbelievable! So accommodating, friendly and helpful. After not being sure we’d make it to whistler due to family illness we arrived to find a complimentary basket of goodies which was such a treat as we’d just flown 14 hours from Australia. We were welcomed by Deb who gave us some wonderful tips on best runs to ski and restaurants to try. Mid way through the trip we needed some help and Eva came to the rescue helping us find the metre box, she then gave us a complimentary late check out. Eva also sent me an email before we left Australia with links to ski hire, lift tickets and supermarkets that deliver – so helpful. Deb came to restock the dishwashing powder when we ran out. They were amazing and we felt they went above and beyond best customer service. The apartment we stayed in was well kept, clean and just perfect for our group. We’d highly recommend Aloha Whistler when booking a holiday. A big thank you to you all for making our holiday so pleasant and enjoyable. Will definitely be booking through you again!
Best Location on Blackcomb! This property is a true ski in ski out. We had 3 adults and 4 teenage girls and this condo provided ample space and great access to all the amazing skiing and nightlife Whistler has to offer. I recommend this unit!
Renovated Painted Cliff Unit#48 – TRUE SKI IN/OUT – Hot Tub, Free Shuttle, Parking & WIFI! This place was wonderful. My family and friends family thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the proximity to the slopes. This is a true ski in ski out location which is obviously updated and very comfortable. From the heated floors to the PlayStation 4, adults and children were happy. Aloha was great to work with. They helped arrange transportation and delivery of groceries. One adult also utilized a discount to rent skis. We will be coming back.
Perfect perfect location – super easy to get to the slopes (only 1 condo between you), easy access if you end on whistler to get back to blackcomb via the whistler gondola, and a good easy blue down to the first lift that our kids (ages 7, 9, 10, and 11) were able to navigate right away. the hot tub was nice and clean and great after a full day. highly recommend. we hope to come back soon!
