It features two top level Suites with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies, a play den and two additional bedrooms on the ground level.

    Amenities include air conditioning, radiant floor heating throughout the home, floor to ceiling limestone finishing in all bathrooms, a beautiful open kitchen, in-house laundry as well as a heated double-garage and much, much more. Should the weather not cooperate, the Nest also offers a collection of board games and Netflix.

Relax by your gas fireplace, with your smart TV, or listen to your favourite music, through a built-in sound system for a true immersive experience.

    Upstairs you have your south facing master bedroom, featuring an ergonomic Endy king mattress, a huge walk-in closet, Smart TV and your own private balcony with Adirondack chair overlooking the mountains and forest. The suite also has its own bathroom with an oversized tub and separate steam-shower.

    Also, on this floor, you will find your second bedroom, featuring a King size bed (ergonomic Casper Mattress), walk-in closet, private balcony, bathroom with tub and separate walk-in shower.

    To finish off this level, you have 2 additional den spaces, 1 perfect for kids to use as a separate play area, the other known as the readers corner, set up as an office.

    On the ground floor, you will find both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. One with a queen bed and private en-suite, the other set up with 2 twins, also accessing a full bathroom. Off this level you find your private hot tub.
